Kitchen Equipment

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need.

Blender: There is a brand new ninja blender in the cupboard. To put the lid on - align the allows on the lid and handle and lower the handle and click it into place. To take lid off – push release and lift the handle up.

Coffee maker: We have equipped you with coffee filters and coffee in case you forgot to get coffee for your first morning.

Other: There is olive oil and salt and pepper available for you to use.

You’ll find a panel on the living room wall that allows you to control the temperature of the home. If you're running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operates at the maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 72F / 22C which we find keeps the place at a comfortable temperature.

There is a washer and dryer on site for your use if you need it. They are small compact appliances so if you need to do a large amount of laundry, you may wish to check out the laudromat close by.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs – the Deer room has a king bed and the flamingo, bear and monkey room are all equipped with queen beds.

The lights in each of the bedroom have USB ports to charge your phones. The lights need to be turned ON and then you simply TAP the base of the light to turn the light on and off.

There are 3 bins outside on the east side of the house. Please place all your garbage in bags inside the garbage bins and your recycling in the bin provided. There is also a garbage can located in the backyard for your convenience.

Check-out instructions:

Please place all garbage in the bins provided (on the east side of the house behind the fence).

Please ensure all garbage is sealed in a garbage bag before adding to the large bins (and ensure the lining of the large bins stays on the bin).

Please place all towels in the bathroom and please strip all the beds and leave sheets on the floor in the bedrooms.

Please clean and put away all dishes. Load the dishwasher and turn it on.

Please ensure the back door is locked and use the keypad on the front door to lock the door.

There is a broom, dust pan, vaccum and mop in the front hall closet should you require it. We have also provided some cleaning supplies if needed during your stay. There is a high chair and a baby gate that is located in the master bedroom closet should you need them.
